EDIT: This is the current Sprout I am working on:
http://seed.sproutbuilder.com/KgBCSfIXBdvmOB_a
I used Sprout to create a sidebar for my myspace page and keep the page updated and living without wasting time coding on myspace. Now I will just update this whenever I want to add content to my page and it will be neat and clean. It lets me add RSS feeds to it. I have my twitter account feeding into it but am thinking of adding tabs for news, pictures, and local events.
Update: Mark Hendrickson from Tech Crunch and Adam Ostrow from Mashable gave Sprout reviews going into some of the new features Sprout is working on including a history feature, animation effects, and mashup capabilities with components like Twitter, PollDaddy, and Ribbit.
